5、货交承运人：fca(free carrier)

6、运费付至指定目的地：cpt(carriage paid to)

9、运输终端交货：dat(delivered at terminal)

此术语相当于incoterms 2000的deq(delivered ex quay)术语;《出口货物报关单》上“成交方式”栏填cif。

10、完税后交货：ddp(delivered duty paid)

《出口货物报关单》上“成交方式”栏填cif。

出口报关单上运费和保费栏填报口诀：

→成交价格包含运费的，就要填报运费栏;不包含运费的，就不要填报运费栏。

→成交价格包含保费的，就要填报保费栏;不包含保费的，就不要填报保费栏。

→成交价格包含运费和保费的，就要填报运费和保费栏;不包含运费和保费的，就不要填报运费和保费栏。

请注意：

1、这是出口货物报关单的填报规范，不适合进口。

2、之所以如果成交价格包含了运费和/或保费，就要在运费和/或保费栏单独列出来，是因为到国税局申请出口退税时，首先要把运费和/或保费减去，再计算退税额。换句话说，退税是以fob价格为基础的，也就是不含运费和/或保费的价格。如果成交价格包含了运费和/或保费，就要先减去，再计算退税额。

3、具体减多少?就是报关单上运费和/或保费栏填报的那个数额。

4、如果成交方式为fob，运费和保费栏留空，就不用减，因为这本身就是fob价格，本身没有包含运费和保费。
